Refund Policy
Understanding our policies on digital goods and cancellations.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any digital products, courses, or services purchased from Eddy's AI Lab.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are buying a digital product with immediate access.
• You waive your right to a cooling-off period/withdrawal once access to the digital content constitutes performance.
• You have reviewed the course curriculum and requirements prior to purchase.
2. Digital Goods Exemption
Under consumer protection laws (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided via intangible media once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Our system grants immediate access to course materials upon payment, which constitutes full performance of our service.
3. Duplicate Purchases
In the event of a proven accidental duplicate purchase (e.g., being charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error), please contact support immediately. We will review such cases individually and may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only.
